Description
- KGN and KGNP have timers that control the operation and interval time.
- There are four indicators on the control box, operation (ACT), alarm (ALM), immediate lubrication (RUN), and interval (INT).
- KGN and KGNP have pressure gauges that enable the users to check the operating pressure easily.
- KGN and KGNP have feed-grease buttons (F button), which can be used as manual grease feeding for less than 3 minutes to avoid overloading the motor.
- KGN and KGNP have thermal controls that shut down the motor for about 5 minutes when the motor is overheated.
- A 60kgf/cm2 socket pressure switch can be added to KGN and KGNP on request to detect the operating pressure automatically.
- A magnetic level switch can be added to KGN and KGNP on request to detect the grease level automatically.
- The lubricator, which adds a pressure switch or a magnetic level switch, has abnormal pressure or low grease level; the build-in buzzer of the control box will send an alarm sound.
- Please refill grease from the grease inlet to prevent air and impurities from entering the grease tank.

KGNP-07 works with a 700cc disposable grease cartridge. When the grease is empty, replace KGNP-07 with a new grease cartridge. Standard KGCP-07 does not include a grease cartridge but is available upon request.
